P. R. ESWARAN is now seventyeight years old. He was affected by Leprosy when he was fifteen years old. He was married after his disease was detected. After spending five years in the hospital in Chengelpattu, he started his own rice business along with five of his brothers. When his wife passed away, he joined the colony which was two years back. He has three daughters who are all married but do not stay with him in the colony. His daughters and grandchildren continue to visit him in his old age home even today.
